Genome of Europe – Legacy Data – Czech WGS VarCalls (Individual-Level)

Individual-level germline variant calls (VCF) from whole-genome sequencing of 274 Czech subjects, contributed as Genome of Europe legacy data by Masaryk University. Each record is one subject's genome-wide variant call set. These are sensitive personal genomic data. They are not public and can be accessed only through an approved data access request, and only for processing within a secure environment.
